This summer I spent a vacation with fishing at Sunter Lake, in Jakarta Indonesia. That was supposed to be a very fun fishing activity, because this is what I had dreaming of from years ago. The joy was stop when my wife unfortunately found herself in a situation where it is not convenient to haul around traditional fishing gear. You know, the distance between the lake and the hotel that we logged in was not too far away so we have decided not to use a car to get on to the lake. We walked through the crowded streets and she was murmuring about her gear that wasn’t too comfortable to handle.

A day after I found my self an article about the telescopic fishing rod. Having such as like this great gear means provide fisherman with an alternative that allow  them to pack light and still have the option to fish when the chance come. The fishing type that I like most is surf casting. However this type of fishing would be so much fun and easier if you use the right gear. The gear itself can cost thousands of dollars. Just getting the basics will let you know if you even like doing this hobby sufficient and it will save your piggy bank from being flattened.

Surf Fishing is not like any other form of fishing. Most surf anglers have little if any success at all. A surf fishing rod is easy to get and inexpensive to purchase. Surf fishing bait is also readily available at any tackle shop on the shoreline. With the perfect gear like this, I think fishing would be more fun and your vacation is worthy. Kids club are available in major hotels. Many hotels offer family room with children discounts policy which is good optional for family term.

Bali villa is also a good alternative for accommodation, which is now becomes holiday trend in Bali.

Children’s attractions in Bali vary from surf, sand and beach activities; cultural activities such as dancing, temple visits, and traditional Balinese life style experiences; adventure activities such as rafting, cycling, horse ride, dolphin/turtle tour elephant rides; and theme parks such as Bali Bird Park, WaterBom Park, Bali Butterfly Park, etc.

Here are a few tips you can use for an easy, stress – free travel.

Plan with the entire family

Get each family member’s opinion on which places to go. Kids love it when they get involved. Plan simple yet fun activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Distribute tasks

Travel light

If possible you can hire strollers for the kids instead of carrying one. Remember that travelling light doesn’t mean travelling incomplete.

Secure your house

Always carry with you a medicine kit for emergencies. This should include aspirins, laxative, insect repellant, bandages, ointments and alcohol. More importantly, bring enough prescription drugs if any of the family members is on medication.

Take pictures and videos to document your trip.

Remember that the entire objective of a family trip is to have fun.
